2024 Working Group
In 2024, SBAN selected 14 organizations to be part of our Working Group on Community Ownership. Group members, all of whom were working on community ownership projects in cities across the United States and Canada, met monthly for six months to workshop their own projects and learn more about accessing capital, engaging stakeholders and establishing shared governance, securing and supporting small business tenants, advancing community ownership policy, and more.
