The Guild – Georgia Social Impact Collaborative – Atlanta, GA
The Guild – Georgia Social Impact Collaborative is a social enterprise focused on community-led real estate development. Started in 2015, it is Atlanta’s first co-living company and space for entrepreneurs, artists, and community organizers that offers accelerators for BIPOC small businesses and real estate developers, small business coaching/consulting, and curated commercial retail, office, and event space. It has since expanded its mission to create a pathway for property ownership. Through its flagship Groundcover Initiative, the organization aims to seed and develop community-owned and community-controlled real estate models that allow marginalized communities to collectively steward assets in their neighborhoods, creating pathways to build power, resilience, and self-determination.
